• Your Shopify store domain
• Product information needed to match upsell offers
• Order information to display relevant offers on the thank you page
• App usage data to improve our service

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Display personalized upsell offers on your thank you page
• Match offers to purchased products
• Improve our app and services
• Provide customer support

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers hosted on AWS infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

Customer Data

RevSpark reads order line items on the thank you page to match relevant offers. We do not store any customer personal information such as names, emails, or addresses. All matching happens in real-time.

Third Party Services

We use the following third party services to operate RevSpark:

• Supabase — secure database storage
• Render — app hosting and infrastructure

Data Retention

We retain your store data for as long as you have RevSpark installed. When you uninstall the app, your data is automatically deleted from our servers within 48 hours.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about your store
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Opt out of any non-essential data collection
